“Career Fair”

We have recently taken part in “Career Fair” in Vinnytsia National Technical University. Career Fair is an exhibition of companies-employers, designed to create better conditions for communication between employers and students and young specialists in real-time mode.

For us, it was a great opportunity to communicate and find young specialists and students interested in employment, getting working experience and professional growth. It was also a good cause for us to tell about unpaid internship program and free-of-charge English classes for employees and interns in our company.

We give students the chance to find out about work from inside and interact with professionals to get determined with the future profession.

For students in their turn this is a chance to talk to companies’ representatives in casual atmosphere, learn about prospects of labour market development, take some useful advice about employment, get employed or have the internship.

Now when the event has passed, a level of organization provided by students themselves should be pointed out.

Organizing Committee took all details into account, offered comfortable conditions for companies’ presentations and communication with potential interns.

Students were actively filling in the applications as well as registering for internship and job interviews. So we are anticipating to welcome new team members!
